HELP/FAQs

What are my options for ordering books?

You can order securely online or, if you prefer, offline by email, post, fax or phone (see contact us).

How can I buy your products in electronic format?

There are two options:

1. Downloadable e-books: all of our pocketbooks are in ‘e’ format and are available for immediate purchase and download from this website. They are suitable for just about any device – desktop, tablet or smart phone. Full details here.

2. Subscription: Schools, colleges and organisations can take out an annual subscription to the entire Teachers’ Pocketbooks digital library. This multi-user licence is priced according to number of users. Files are uploaded to a VLE and kept securely on a central server. They may not be downloaded to individual computers or devices.

How can I pay for the books?

You can pay by credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Amex).

Can I return the books if they are not suitable?

Yes, we have a refund policy. We cannot, however, accept ebook returns.

Do I get a discount if I order several books?

Yes, we offer good discounts when you order 10 or more books at one time. See discounts & offers. Does not apply to ebooks.

Will I incur delivery charges?

I need the books in a hurry. What do I do?
